Verano

A new season, summer....a new language, spanish...and I just couldn't let go of this fabric, it's so perfect for my summer piece....has the blues of sky and water and the greens of plants and all the other beautiful colors of flowers and fruits.
Today is a lovely sunny summer day, as was yesterday when I sat on the deck of a bayfront restaurant with old friends and enjoyed the company and the view and the warm, warm wind!
Welcome Verano!

So glad you had a nice day to enjoy. The fabric is gorgeous. I love batik. I have such a hard time choosing them they are all so pretty. This one really does speak to summer.

Hope you see sun today!!

Love that new header picture. I don't think you could have chosen a better fabric for your Summer piece either.

We had a gloomy solstice (even the weatherman said so). The sun is out for the moment; it makes such a difference!
