I finished her this morning and with each bead I sent up a little prayer for barack obama...and I'm an agnostic who hopes the buddhist's and NA animists have it right...so you can imagine how hard I'm hoping for an obama win...and then I'll be praying again for his continued safety during his tenure in the white house.
Don't you just love it, though? Black family in the White house...at last?

At this point in time, it's about time we moved ahead as a country. I think with Obama we have a good chance of it happening. This from a woman who never talks politics.

I do LOVE it. I feel so proud to be American today and I have been amazed at the entire world's response to his victory. I love your black/white doll and I think you will always remember it as symbolizing this time. You have so many interesting beads; the silver hearts, the nailheads, the crystal circles...it's all great.
