On the other hand...

I realized this morning that the no-posting ban only held for those folks who were donating their postcards to the fiberarts for a cause auction and as I'm sending mine to a young 9-year old boy in wisconsin with brain cancer (who is collecting postcards), I guess it's okay to post it.
If anyone else would like to send him a postcard, here's a link to his story and the address to send the postcards to. His name is Connor Bourke.

"...sayth the Raven..." he quoted. Good one.

See, I *knew* you'd be a good influence on me this year with your CED pursuits! I've already made a postcard of my own to send to Connor :- ) It's over on my blog.

Bobbi...what a beautiful postcard you have made for Connor. The raven is just wonderful and I know it will bring a smile to his face. I love the colorful yarn couched and used as an outline too.

I'm so sorry to hear about Chuck and the art reception. It sounds like his reactions are getting worse. I'm glad you are thinking along different lines...where he can control the environment and not have it control him.

Your new purse turned out just lovely! I really like the color and texture. What a fun and artful bag!

kate, I cut up some of my heavy watercolor paper and stuck it to the back of the raven...do you want to see the backside?

thanks, p & e!

thanks, lisa...I so hope you're feeling better!
