March BJP

I think I've found this month's fabrics...a very spring green coming out of a muted green/tan/rose/brown pattern that reminds me of the dead leaves that the new green shoots come up through. Spring has come early to the coast this year, but that also means spring rains are here. Just one of the conditions that allows us to have the myriad greens we have year 'round. Fair trade if you can take the rain and even better if you love it!

Perfect for March!! Green for the new growth and a little brown because the rains bring the mud. (spoken by a mother of 3 dogs) ~lol~

oh, I forgot the mud (and you'd think someone with two cats would remember that!)

Green is very appropriate for this month. I will look forward to see what you do with these hands. I do enjoy where you take ideas.

Thanks for visiting at my blog! I have checked in at yours every now and then for the past year or so and especially enjoyed your posts and figuring out where you live on the coast. We aren't that far apart! I really admire your bead work, you have such a fine sense of color usage. You must have a wonderful stash of beads and some lovely fabrics. Love those hand pieces.

All the green in Oregon was one of the things I loved about it! I could not believe all the shades and tones. moss , ferns, trees ,grasses.

Hey...thanks for stopping by...I love your comments...

Jan...yes, I think you must be just a bit north and east of us...

I see you've been busy elsewhere, sue!

Yeah, pam...I think we may rival ireland for how many greens we have in the landscape, lol!

hi bobbi...I sure did a double-take when I saw your name...I don't run into many other bobbi's who spell their name the same as we do!
