Process

I was thinking about time yesterday and wondering where it had all gone...we've visited and/or lived on the central coast for 30 years, been in this house for 15 and I've been doing beadwork for almost 20 years now. And what's been playing in my mind is a very old song about rowing your boat gently and merrily down the stream...and that life is but a dream.

Then I look around the studio and I'm thinking, wow...it's sure a heavy dream because I must have a ton of beads alone! Not to mention the other stuff in here...lol!

So maybe I've got the merrily part down pat, eh?

Speaking of beads...here's some more progress on the second heart piece and february's bjp...this one is coming pretty fast so I may go on to something else next week...I'm thinking of a larger piece...maybe with a boat in it...

I love these heart pins that you are doing. I think its the faces and the lop-sided heart that really gets me. They are great.

We have been in our home since 76. I hear a commercial for Goodwill all the time that says you will have less stress if you dispose of clutter. Well my clutter (except in my "room") is basically hidden. But when I hear that commercial, I get the urge to clean a closet. Do you think there is a subliminal message? I saw a post the other day of a place that takes bead stash and gives it to organizations that use it for bead craft for ill children. I'll be working on cleaning beads out for THAT cause for sure.

Just keep merrily rowing your boat Bobbi...it's fun to watch the journey.

I love the idea of a piece with a boat in it...

Just keep that boat going, Bobbi, cause you sure have been turning out the most wonderful bead artwork!

That hand (of Fatima?) is wonderful.

My husand wants to live on a boat. He is six foot 3 and likes luxury and we have a 3 year old. Hmmm! I'm thinking we wouldn't have troom for his records never mind my wools...
