Improv Hearts
These are just a few of the amazing pieces my students did last night...aren't they wonderful, especially for anyone who hasn't ever beaded or embroidered before (although I think a couple of them must have had some needlework background long ago)!
They were a delightful group to work with which didn't surprise me at all because 99% of the folks I've run into at our local hospital have been just fantastic-hard working, dedicated professionals in a very demanding profession indeed!
And they all rose to the challenge of their improvisational hearts, don't you think?

They seemed to, marty...
These are wonderful! How long did the class last?
It was only 2 hours, deborah!
Thanks so much for sharing these pieces -- they ARE amazing! Such a wide variety of designs, and accomplished in such a short time. Any budding BJPers in the group?
They all turned out wonderful!
i've been in *heart-mode* lately, but mine have been canvas. I need to do a few fiber ones too....as time allows.
Lovely hearts!!! :)

wow, love the hearts! bet this was lots of fun...
hi kathy...no, don't think anyone was inspired to the point of doing the bjp, lol!
It was wonderful to watch as each person took the basic kit and added their own special bits and pieces to a design all their own!
How fun! I bet they had a good time.
Beautiful hearts!
Having the opportunity to do something like this is so helpful to the staff, I know I would have appreciated this activity. You get so busy and lost in all the work that you do that it's nice to take time to breathe and create. The hearts are wonderful!

Terrific, Bobbi.
How lovely of you to share your time and talents and give these ladies a bright spot and a good time together.
How absolutely lovely they are, little jewels I would say, I am sure they will look forward to have time to do this at home. I love the colors and the variety, I blew up the photo and the one with the two little open hands is my favorite, great work. Then again, with a great teacher...;-)
How fun, Bobbi! These hearts turned out beautiful...I bet they loved taking this class with you!
