Progression
I got a bit further in my bjp...added a small piece of driftwood with some of my favorite yarn wrapped around it and also took a trip to the valley, across the coast range, to find some sun. Found it...yippee...and we took the scenic route back home, along the alsea river, which is one of my all time favorites too.
Also found a couple of skeins of perle cotton in the variagated colors I've been looking for...they're size 5 instead of 8, but I can adjust, I'm sure, lol!
It was a good day...

glad you had a nice little trip. You are doing the Button proud! However....that driftwood looks like a snake creeping up to the spider! Perhaps he is a healing snake, with special powers.
The the page looks great.
Ooo, pretty threads! Lovely scenery too. We may have to go a distance to find the sun again as well... but at least it's a little cooler!
lovely scenery. lovely bjp. that driftwood does look like a snake, now that Carol mentions it!
How beautiful even if it does look wet! We are finally getting some sun here! I love it.
Yummy perle cottons, Bobbi!

Photos look fantastic...glad you found some sunshine too! It has cooled down considerably here, but it feels good.
Glad you found some perle cotton too. The variegated colors are gorgeous. I like your bead color choice around the button and the driftwood looks great. Perfect colors on the yarn! Always looking forward to seeing more...XO ~Lisa
lol...now I'm seeing the driftwood as a snake too...the power of suggestion, eh!
