Spring Day

Ahhhh....this is more like it....sunny and warm at the beach (if you get there before the wind picks up..;)
I decided to go play at one of our beaches this morning....I was going to make a rock pattern to add to the V&A world beach project but couldn't get it to upload my photos....still, it was fun and I got lots of exercise just going up and down the stairs, not to mention walking on the beach...or rather, scrambling on the rocks....they're very unstable at this particular beach but there are lots of them, so it was perfect for the project...I made a peace heart and the bottom rock is also in a heart shape...

(edited to add that I did get the site to work...a small thing I was doing wrong...and sad to say, it's been so long since I've seen a peace sign that I got it upside down...sigh....)

Oh you do have a beautiful day today! Wish I was there, I'd join you in this project...looks like fun! Love the heart and peace sign! We all need a little love and peace in this world today! I love finding art on the beach. And, I love the heart shaped rock...I've collected heart shaped rocks for years! ;-)

So glad the sun is shining on you today!!! Finally...it is here too! Peace and Love Bobbi!

beautiful beach art. I love rocky beaches - much more character than the sandy ones!

Great photos, Bobbi! Sort of takes me back a few weeks to when we were standing on a rocky shore on the Atlantic coast in Maine. However, it was very cold and windy that day . . .

unfortunately, it's the same here today...and you can add "wet" to the "cold" and "windy"....
this has been one of our coldest springs in along time with even less sun than we're all used to....the whole town (and probably state) is getting mighty grumpy!

We had a *very* bried sun break yesterday but we're back to solid clouds and rain again this morning :-P

I've done the meme and passed it on to others. I got tagged twice for the same meme!

love your heart of stone!
Did you turn the stones blue in Photoshop/similar programm or was it the setting of the camera/white balance? Blue stones??

I envy you for your beaches but for once we had an unbelievable amount of sun and heat this year in North Germany.

I saw you did, sue!

I wish we were having your summer, tally...ours is very cold so far! The stones do have a blue/grey color but the white balance on my casio also tends toward the blue, so it's probably a bit of both on why they look so blue.
