New Class Samples

The person setting up the classes decided the herringbone interrupted class didn't show off the stitch well enough, so I made a herringbone bracelet with toho triangles that really angles the beads....she also decided the RAW sample had too many crystals in it, so I made one with larger crystals and just a single row of RAW...what do you think?

I love the bracelet with the Toho Triangles! Guess that's another small project I would like to do. It is just flat herringbone, isn't it?

oh good! you don't think it's too simple even for beginners?

yes...just flat herringbone.

It does not look simple and will encourage beginners to stick to the hobby. So I don't think that it is too simple, no!
Do you know a pattern for tubular herringbone with triangles? I would be intersted how this would look like ...

be, I wouldn't do one all in triangles as I think it would be too stiff in the tubular form...what I did was alternate triangles and 8's and it made a lovely, supple herringbone tube...the rosegold one is a bangle (no clasp) in the larger toho triangles and 8's and the smaller, black bracelet (it has a magnetic clasp you can't see in this pic) is done with the smaller toho triangles and size 11's. They're both 8 bead around, two sets each of the triangles and seed beads.
