I have a felt bird pincushion too! Got mine at a quilt show several years ago. It's mounted on a brass candlestick which is nice cuz it keeps it up off the table a bit; it doesn't get lost under the layers of fabric, etc.!
Who could not help but smile at such a wonderful, whimsical pin cushion? Great stuff . . .
