thanks, cris! I looked all over your websites to see if she was still for sale but it looked like she had already sold, so I made one for myself...thanks for the inspiration!
Hi Beadbabe: just adorable, luv, luv, luv her : ) thanks for sharing : ) sooo sad to see the little thread shop closing and to read WHY, very sad : ) Love to you, Sandra : )
I have a felt bird pincushion too! Got mine at a quilt show several years ago. It's mounted on a brass candlestick which is nice cuz it keeps it up off the table a bit; it doesn't get lost under the layers of fabric, etc.!
OK, you did it again, Bobbi -- something else I have to try --- it is really cute -- I usually hate the word cute used in praises of work, but in this instance it is ment in only the most complimentary way. Beadin' Gram Jackie/Illinois
Actually, beadbabe, it has not been sold yet. I sometimes post things on Flickr that are not yet listed. I wish you had asked me, but yours looks so much like it...you did a wonderful job!
I'm an artist living in Oregon on the central coast...
I'm in an ongoing, 20+ years love affair with fiber arts, especially the beaded variety and I've been an artist for as far back as my memory goes...
Incidentally, all the photos are my own unless otherwise attributed.

Who could not help but smile at such a wonderful, whimsical pin cushion? Great stuff . . .
