February Finished
Well, I never did find anything more to do to the february piece, so I'm declaring it finished. I'm gathering the fabric and pieces today for the march piece....I see even more green popping out all over the garden this week so I strongly suspect green will feature heavily in march's journal.

For such a shadow type focal piece, this page is beautiful.
Beautiful piece, indeed, Bobbi. Good to see you post today -- been thinking a lot about you.

Finished it is and soooooooooo dramatic!!!! You began with thoughts of your son and husband... and what is it now? Skulls, hearts, flowers and happy ribbon... extremely intriguing combination. Bravo!
Bobbi, I'm not getting to all my fave blogs as often as I like... It was a joy to read down your posts and see your work and be with you for a bit today! I'm thinking about your oncologist apt and hoping you're OK.
Love, Robin
This piece is really dramatic! Your focal beads are very interesting. I really like it - it works!
Beautiful work. Great color combination.
Thank you for visiting my blog
It sure does look perfect to me. I really enjoy the varigated ribbon accenting the red beads. It is lovely.
I'm glad you declared it finished...it is lovely and a wonderful tribute!
I'm looking forward to seeing the green in your March page. It is so nice to see the green popping up around the yard...I just wish it would warm up a smidge!
Thinking of you today! xo~Lisa
I love this page! I'm a big fan of skeletons and skulls, so looks perfectly finished to me... somehow you gave them such a lighthearted look here!
thanks for all the great comments!
This one looks really cool!
Apart from being beautiful, the piece looks lighthearted because of the colours. Then again, it is in contrast to most February pieces we have seen so far, showing skulls - no hearts.
Best wishes,
Sabine
