October Three

It doesn't feel done, but I'm not sure why...so I'll sit with it for a while and see what develops...

It may not feel done but it is simply beautiful . . .

thanks, kathy! I'm at that point where I don't like it at all so definitely need to step away from it for a while!

I think your piece looks simply gorgeous as it is. I like the way your have placed your beads around the face.
When I am feeling unsure about whether a piece is done or not, I try to go do something completely unrelated so I can come back to it with fresh eyes. Preferably something fun that will make me laugh! -Karen

Ah, I know that feeling well, Bobbi -- my September page is bugging the heck out of me, too. Tucked it away and started working on holiday gifts for all my girls. When it starts yelling at me loudly enough, I will go back to it.

But I still say this piece is beautiful!

The hardest part about beading is knowing when to stop....

Hi Beadbabe: I think your piece is absolutely stunning : ) it conveys soo many things, especially fall near and around the beach life, which I love. Living in the desert, all I can do is dream and picture in my mind what fall looks and feels like at the ocean, this is what your piece gives me : )
Love to you, S : )
