Blogger Blues

I've had problems with blogger from the very first day I started my blog because of a typo on my email address. Instead of beadbabe49@charter.net, I accidentally added an "f" after "charter" and when I tried to correct it using the right email address, it told me that address was already taken...yeah. by me!
So every now and then I would be locked out of my own blog and all efforts to fix the problem (and I've done it dozens of times) have failed.
This long post is just to let you know that occasionally I will sort of disappear from the blog....but I'm still here!

OMGosh! Blogger can be tempermental for sure. I have locked myself out a couple of times and its pretty stressful when you can't get back in.

Hope all is well with you. I've been missing you.
xx, Carol

Geez I know what you mean, I'm not having any trouble this time, but I lost my entire knitting blog because I changed my email address! No one could help me.

Don't you just hate that comment about "address already taken"? I had that a lot. Not on my blog site but other just as important sites.
Happy that you wrote the blog anyway!

Just saw your workspace in Winter 2010 Studios. Love the sunroom area! I'm a beginning crafter and have never followed a blog. You're the first!

My husband didn't trust the internet so had me sign up in yahoo as user user. I can't get rid of it now and I don't ask him for much internet advice anymore either, lol.

Hope you are feeling a bit better day by day. Take care.

Oh Blogger!like a spoiled child it takes some of the fun of blogging with its irrational behaviour. I truly think that actually it is a lonely thing that envies the friendships that come across it. And so trouble brews and here we be :)

I hope you are resting and doing very well. I am recuperating from a very nasty bout of Salmonella thanks to a very delicious organic melon that nearly sent me packing for good. First time in forty years - because I wasn't in the kitchen - that it wasn't washed before cutting. A nasty reminder and I am still getting over the horrible experience. One I could certainly could have done without.

Hugs from here. Tuesday: sunshine!

Oh, boy, do I know how frustrating blogger can be, well for me, any kind of technology, there is a real fear that I'll totally screw it all up. Recently, I wanted to change my blogger template, but couldn't. I tried and tried and it just didn't work. Why? I finally found out...because I had done the original template in Internet Explorer and was now using Mozilla Firefox. Had to reload Explorer, change the template and then go back to Firefox. AAAAGGGGG!!!

I so understand...!
