Another Update

Thanks for all your kind and concerned comments....my radiation treatments ended wednesday and yesterday I had some lab work done here in our hospital, so the 120 miles round trips have thankfull ended for the time being.
I understand it will take several weeks to see some major improvements but hopefully in a couple of weeks I may see some small gains.

I'm dreaming of pieces I'd like to do but will settle right now for keeping the blog updated on a more regular basis now that I''m home!
Bless you all and do count your blessings....I know I sure am counting mine!

Just thought I'd add a picture of my two little furry companions who have been keeping me warm and entertained...the every-gorgeous sumi and the zippy oliver.

Hi Bobbi
You know you have been on my mind so I am so glad to receive your update. You know that animals have a healing energy all of their own. So, rest, relax and pet your kitties and just enjoy each new day.
Much love to you, friend. Much love.
xx, Carol

So glad you've ended those treatments & hope you get feeling better really soon. I know it took my Dad about a month to feel more like himself after all his treatments. Glad you are home & you feline children look like they are happy you are home too

That was a lot of driving to add to the treatments. Hope you start feeling better quickly. Your kitties are cute. Hope you are back to taking pics of the coast soon though.

Good to read all and just a note to say we didn't have to evacuate here...we had such a small rise it wasn't even noticible...
I'm loving getting some rest and look forward to lots more.

My dear Bobbi,

You have been in my head and in my heart for the longest time. I told Barry the other day that I needed to write to you and let you know that I bought a special candle to light to Kuan Yin for you.

I know things are going to work, I just know it. It is not wishful thinking. Not that wishful thinking is wrong although I think hopefully not wishfully, but there is a certain feeling that just won't let me keep this to myself.
I felt it last time when we talked about chemo and radiation and you know that it works, and it will work for you as it had for me.

Feel better, rest and let your body heal. Think of all the wonderful things you are going to do this summer. And you will, this summer and many more to come. I know it, and you should too.

Typing this with my left hand only has been a labor of love, no one deserves it more than you do :)
