Some friends came visiting yesterday and brought me an early birthday gift...something I've been admiring for quite a while!
And eventually, it will make a lovely display hand for some of my smaller pieces!

I LIKE IT! what a cool hand. I have pottery that is supposed to be a birdfeeder - two hands cupped together with a squirrel hanging around. but I like the hands so much I have it on my bead table. I just can't share it with the birds!

My birthday's the 6th...not doing much this year as I'll just be 58 but I hoping for a big bash on my 60th!
When I first got breast cancer, I wondered if I'd make it...now I'm fairly confident I will.
